This workshop covers the basics of the Mindful Self-Compassion approach. Benefits proven by research will be presented, and activities will center around how to bring Mindful Self-Compassion into your everyday. This workshop can be tailored to suit the specific groups. It can be attended as a refresher by past participants of the MSC course, or as an introduction by beginners. Fee: $175/person Discount for past participants of MSC and Waiheke residents.

Half-day only. A luxurious four hours of savouring and gratitude to counterbalance the stress and struggle of every day life. How do we live fully and engage with life in a new and positive way?

This is a workshop specifically tailored to those in the Caregiving field. Burnout and its causes will be discussed and practices to help prevent caregiver fatigue will be presented. Fee negotiable.
Mindful Self-Compassion Core Skills Workshop
Two day workshops for those that have taken MSC or are thinking of taking it in the full course or intensive form. The essential skills and meditations are covered to either rekindle, strengthen, or start your practice with self-compassion and mindfulness. This program can be tailored for specific interest groups.
