Perhaps you have always wanted to try meditating, but are not comfortable in groups. Perhaps there is a specific meditation practice you are struggling with and want to explore further. Perhaps there is a specific mindfulness practice you would like to know more about. I am a trained teacher, and a long time meditation and mindfulness practitioner. Perhaps we can work together to answer questions, build confidence, or strengthen your mindfulness and meditation practice. I am not a therapist, so these are not therapy sessions, they are strictly working with mindfulness and meditation practices.
