Minfulness, Meditation and Compassion
45 minute to 1 hour classes that can be offered weekly in 4-8 week blocks. Teaching the basics of Mindfulness, working on meditation skills and techniques and touching in on the practice of compassion. Designed to be offered at a workplace or school during the lunch hour. These classes can be tailored to your groups needs. Minimum 8 participants for $10 a class pre-paid in 4-8 week blocks, with option to have people drop in for $13 a class.
